You are part of eternity, of everthing that ever was and ever will be. We don't experience that day to day and that is mostly a good thing. We have forgotten our origin so we can exeprience the perspective of this human life. Some of us continue to have a feeling of being homesick, a longing for that place we don't remember with our mind but with our heart. In Cosmic NRGY we focus on opening specific energy channels that allows our exeprience to expand beyond the ordinary. To bring back that feeling of h om e inside and outside of us.
The Brahma nadi is part of the network of pathways through which energy travels in the body. The name comes from the Sanskrit and means divine or sacred and nadi means channel, tube or flow. There is a small canal or entryway known as brahmadvara, or "the door of Brahman," through which kundalini passes when awakened. Brahma nadi is very subtible, when it opens up we can have and experience that leads us to the heart of God*
Brahman means the supreme existence or absolute reality, that which never changes, infinity. Non-dualistic schools such as Advaita Vedanta teach that Brahman and Atman (ziel) are one and the same, contained within one another. To experience this we can focus and open these channels. In other words: God is your essence within, when you reconnect with that force you also see it, yourself, all around.
